About Us

The Camp Vega Foundation's founding Board of Directors chose to create this Non-Profit 501c(3) because they believed in the long term social value a well-run summer camp provides.

They also understand the cost of a full summer (7 weeks) camp is too great for many families. They decided to create the CVF to provide financial aid to those families who cannot afford camp.

Our foundation strives to find children they believe will thrive at overnight summer camp and to enhance the experience and perspective of everyone in the community.

Families can apply for financial aid by completing and mailing the CVF Application to the foundation. Applications are reviewed between September and December.
